If you find yourself overwhelmed, anxious and depressed by stressful life experiences and are ready to start getting the most out of life, then therapy can be a wonderful space to step into. Stress can have a huge impact on the mind and body, and learning how to better manage symptoms can help you to overcome and move from surviving to thriving. We can work together to explore, identify, understand and change what is preventing you from living the life you want.

I am currently a Licensed Mental Health Provider. I received my Masters in School Counseling and my Bachelors in Psychology. As a therapist, I have experience working in residential care facilities, schools and outpatient settings.

My passion is working with my clients, sharing their journey with them and assisting them in finding and navigating the path that is right for them. I strive to offer you my insight, care and compassion, while providing a nurturing environment. My approach is based on your individual needs as a client.

I believe in identifying strengths and helping you to develop positive coping skills. I believe the client therapist relationship to be one based on mutual trust and respect. Together we will work towards creating positive change and to put you on a path to achieve your goals and find fulfillment in life.
